Assignments

There are five different categories of assignments that Bengt Karlöf has performed during his carrier as a management consultant:

A. Coaching and supporting managers in issues of operative and strategic importance.
B. Performing assignments together with Karlöf Consulting regarding effectiveness, Benchlearning, strategic analysis etc.
C. Being a sounding board and “devils advocate” in connection with management issues in gseneral.
D. Lecturing and monitoring workshops in management issues such as strategy, effectiveness, Benchlearning etc.
E. Assisting in development issues such as an endemic strategy model for an organization, the application of Benchlearning in order to achieve best practice, implementing management systems and developing assistance for effectiveness metrics within an organization.
